You've read that fans don't cool dogs because dogs don't sweat. Half right — and the half it gets wrong is the half that matters.

Dogs cool through the tongue
Barely any sweat glands. A dog offloads heat by panting — evaporating moisture from the tongue and airways. That surface is wet, and moving air absolutely does speed up evaporation there.

Still air stalls the whole system
A dog lying still in a boot sits in a pocket of its own warm, humid breath. Nothing shifts it. Move that air away and the panting starts working again.

Can I send it back if there's a problem?
Yes — you have 14 days to try it. If it isn't right for you, email us at support@slipstream-shop.com and we'll sort the return out with you.
How does it attach and how is it powered?
It clips onto the headrest and runs from any USB port or a power bank — front by the radio, a rear port if your car has one, or the car-socket adapter that comes in the kit. The cable is 180 cm, so it reaches the boot of an estate.
Is it safe for my dog?
It avoids the icy draughts an aircon produces and is gentle on skin, eyes and airways. The rotor sits behind a protective grille, and there are no exposed blades.
Does it work for bigger dogs?
Yes — aim both heads where your dog lies. On very hot days (35°C and up) two units are more comfortable. Press the button again to cycle through three speeds.
Will it stop my dog getting heatstroke?
No — and we'd rather say so plainly. It's a comfort device, not a safety device. If your dog is in distress, stop the car, cool him with water and call a vet. Never leave a dog in a parked car.
Can I use it for myself or my kids?
Absolutely. It's a fan — plenty of people end up aiming one head at themselves. Nobody will tell.
How long does delivery take?
