Every Slipstream order ships with tracking.
Processing & delivery
Orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as we can. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier, so we don't quote a fixed delivery date.
Tracking
Use the link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, or you have any concern, email support@slipstream-shop.com and we'll look into it with you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away — once an order has shipped we may not be able to change it.
