How do I cancel or return an order?
If it hasn't shipped, email support@slipstream-shop.com and we'll cancel it. Once it arrives, you have 14 days to send it back.
Will it stop my dog getting heatstroke?
No — and we'd rather say so plainly. It's a comfort device, not a safety device. If your dog is in distress, stop the car, cool him with water and call a vet. Never leave a dog in a parked car.
How long does delivery take?
Every order ships tracked, and you'll get your tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Delivery times vary.
Is it noisy?
Three speeds on one button — the lowest is quiet enough for nervous dogs. A fan your dog is frightened of is worse than no fan, so we kept the low setting soft.
Does it work for bigger dogs?
Yes — aim both heads where your dog lies. On very hot days (35°C and up) two units are more comfortable.
Can I use it outside the car?
Anywhere there's USB power: the crate at home, the dog bed, a shady spot in the garden.
